The goal of every Clubhouse is to support the recovery of people with mental illness, helping them build rich personally satisfying, meaningful, socially connected and vocationally productive lives in the community.
Light and Hope Clubhouse offers members a friendly, accepting place to spend time participating in a range of activities that assist with the day to day operation of the Clubhouse and help members build skills and confidence.
Exciting new groups and activities are planned to commence in 2017. Special interest groups will be available offering creative activities; mobile phone skill development and social skill development. The new monthly planner will be available soon!
Light and Hope Clubhouse is managed by One Door Mental Health, giving you the confidence services are backed by an expert, industry leading mental health organisation. The clubhouse is supported by the fundraising efforts of Highlights on Mental Health for the Illawarra.
